Both Bradford in West Yorkshire and Sheffield in South Yorkshire have Clean Air Zones (CAZ) in operation to reduce pollution and harmful emissions in the city centre.

There’s no saying that the CAZ won’t extend to domestic vehicles at a future date, in addition to other areas around Yorkshire, including Rotherham and Leeds.
In Low Emission Zones (LEZ) in Scotland, any vehicle, commercial or domestic, that doesn’t meet the Zone’s emissions regulations are restricted from the city centre and incur a penalty charge.
