The sleek and stylish Hypervolt 3.0 electric car charger is one of the most advanced chargers on the market.

Its smart connectivity means the charger can be accessed from wherever you are via the app and Hypervolt Cloud technology. With connectivity to the internet via Wi-Fi or Ethernet, the Hypervolt 3.0 charger is online to receive free automated updates to the software and can integrate with your smart home setup. For instance, you can use Amazon Alexa to control your charger using your voice!

The smart app technology also allows you to program your Hypervolt 3.0 charger to run at a desired schedule of your choosing, such as during off-peak hours when the electricity costs are cheaper. You can also use the app to monitor consumption and spend, lock and unlock your charging device, and control the LED brightness of the charger.

As well as powering the device by electricity from the grid, you can also use energy generated by solar panels to power the Hypervolt 3.0 car charger. This is an eco-friendly way of keeping your electric car on the road and lowers the cost of powering your EV charger. Installing solar panels for this purpose is something which our team at ElectroPoint can also assist with.

As a type 2 tethered charger, the Hypervolt 3.0 is ready to be used as soon as you need it. Available in three colours (Ultra White, Space Grey and Ultra Black), this charger is equipped with a 5 metre long cable however 7.5m and 10m cables are available at an extra cost.

With built-in PEN fault detection, there’s no need for an earth rod to be installed when choosing the Hypervolt 3.0. The charger also features automated load management to reduce the risk of tripped fuses and blackouts so you can use your charger with confidence.
